St. Mark’s senior adults are on the move – from serving in the church to
traveling to destinations near and far.
Senior Adults Growing, Exploring and
Serving (SAGES)
SAGES, encourage older adults to be active by offering opportunities to serve and fellowship together. SAGES work in the church office, care for home-bound members in special ways and do much more.
SAGES also enjoy quarterly luncheon programs, travel and spiritual
retreats. You can take day trips for tours or theatre shows, spend time
at Lake Junaluska and share some great meals together.
If you are 55 years of age or older, join in the service and adventure!
Visiting ministry
St. Mark’s ministers to members who may be confined to their homes or long-term care
facilities. A team of volunteer servants make
visits on a regular basis to talk, listen and share
