Lani Chamberlain
Preschool Director
Lani oversees the day-to-day operations of St. Mark's Preschool and Parents’ Day Out program.
Lani is enthusiastic about creating a loving and safe environment
for young children to grow and develop in the preschool setting. It is
important for children and families to feel safe and supported in their journey
of early childhood education.
At an early age Lani saw the importance of caring for
children. At 17 her early childhood caregiving experience began when she
helped her aunt care for her granddaughter. This was the start to a
lifelong career in working with children. Lani received her degree in
Child Development and Family Relations. She went on the receive her
masters in Elementary Education. Lani has taught preschool, kindergarten,
first grade and high school. Lani also has 7 years working with the Department
of Human Services and Childcare Resource and Referral.
In her free time Lani enjoys traveling and being outdoors. The
most precious things to Lani are her ten grandchildren, her husband and family.
