 INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

It is the intent of the St. Mark’s community to provide an opportunity for ministry whenever possible, however severe weather may prevent this.

Our church policy is as follows: We understand that weather and road conditions may improve later in the day, but if the Murfreesboro City Schools are closed, all Wednesday night programming is cancelled.  During other times of the week, for those who are able to get here safely, meetings and programs will be held at the discretion of the chairperson or group leader.

The church office will be open if possible, though it may not be fully staffed for its’ regular hours.  Staff members will be available via e-mail.

In the event of a significant amount of ice or snow on a weekend, early service and Sunday school will be canceled. For those who are able to get here safely, we will have worship in the Sanctuary at 11:00.   Our website and Facebook page will give you the updated information. In addition, the staff of the church will communicate with their respective groups and classes via email, text, social media, or phone. Please check your communication devices for the latest update and information.
