CHRISTIAN EDUCATION, SUNDAY MORNINGS, 9:45-10:45 A.M. Team-led classes and age-appropriate, hands-on curriculum provide opportunities for children to grow as Christian disciples and members of the United Methodist Church. Rev. Martha Touchton 893-3455.
NURSERY Provided for infants 3 months to 4 years of age during all worship services, Sunday School, and other gatherings as needed. Nursery Home Visitor: Lisa Wells 907-8849.
ST. MARK’S PRESCHOOL Operates five days per week during the school year with varied programs for children 18 months - 4 years of age. Sherrie Gilliam, Director, 895-1803.
BIBLE ZONE Fellowship, service and learning groups for Preschoolers through 6^th grade as part of Wednesday Night Together.
J.A.M. SESSION (Jesus and Me) 5^th and 6^th graders meet monthly for fun, fellowship, service and spiritual challenge, including the fall lock-in, winter sexuality seminar and spring overnight trip. Monthly meetings at varied times and locations.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL 200 children and 100 youth and adult leaders gather for a week of singing, arts and crafts, hands-on learning, recreation and service projects each summer.
CHILDREN’S CHURCH Ages 4 - 7 are invited to depart the sanctuary prior to the sermon to participate in singing, crafts and Bible stories. Children return to the sanctuary for the closing of worship, including communion on first Sundays. Children’s Church is offered during the school year, September - May.
SEASONAL EVENTS Includes Advent and Lenten Festival, Christmas Eve worship for families with children, Easter Egg Hunt and more.
CAMP CEDAR CREST A five-day experience of Christian community for children who have completed grades 3 - 6. Transportation provided; some scholarships available. Orientation and registration in March.
